We do not do generic pitch calls. Come prepared to describe your current systems, your team structure, and your timeline. We will come prepared to ask the right questions and give you a clear picture of what is possible. Typical consultations cover your existing POS and compliance stack, integration pain points, data flow bottlenecks, and whether an off-the-shelf or custom solution makes more sense for your stage. Fixed-price projects are billed in milestones: 40% at kickoff, 30% at midpoint demo, and 30% upon final delivery.

During the consultation, we will walk through your current systems, identify integration points and compliance risks, and outline a concrete project scope with timeline and budget. Consultations are conducted via video call and there is no obligation, no sales pressure, and no follow-up spam. Most operators who book a consult receive a written summary and recommended next steps within a few business days of the call.

We work with operators across the United States — from California delivery services to Florida dispensaries to multi-state operators with platforms in four or more jurisdictions. Every state has different METRC requirements, banking restrictions, and delivery regulations. We factor those constraints into every recommendation. If we are not the right fit for your project, we will tell you directly and suggest alternatives.

We also offer a free 20-minute technical assessment for operators who are not sure whether they need a full engagement. Bring your current stack, your biggest pain point, and one goal for the next six months. We will give you an honest read on what is worth building, what is worth buying, and what can wait.
