What we do

Services

We build and operate technology for every layer of a cannabis business — from the customer-facing point of sale to the back-office pipelines that keep regulators happy. Our team has shipped systems in regulated industries for over a decade, and we bring that operational fluency to every engagement. Whether you need a turnkey POS, a custom integration, or an embedded technical leader, we scope honestly and deliver predictably. Meet our team.

Every engagement starts with a discovery session where we map your current stack, identify bottlenecks, and define success criteria. Fixed-price projects are billed in milestones: 40% at kickoff, 30% at midpoint demo, and 30% upon final delivery. We do not sell pre-packaged solutions. We design systems that fit your business, your budget, and your timeline.

Not sure what you need?

Most operators who contact us are not looking for a single service. They are looking for a technical partner who can diagnose the real problem and recommend the right fix. Book a free consultation and we will tell you honestly whether we can help.

How we work

How an engagement actually goes

40% at kickoff

Discovery

1–2 weeks

We map your current stack, compliance posture, and bottlenecks in a single structured session. We review your POS, your METRC workflow, your customer acquisition funnel, and your internal tooling. No generic pitch deck — just a clear picture of what is working and what is not.

Systems Design

2–3 weeks

Architecture, data flow, and integration plan tailored to your state regulations and operational model. We document every API connection, every data transformation, and every compliance checkpoint before we write a line of production code.

30% at midpoint demo

Build

Sprints

Sprints with working demos every two weeks. You see progress, not promises. We deploy to staging environments early so your team can test real workflows while we continue development.

30% on final delivery

Launch & Support

30-day window

Production deploy, staff training, and a support window that actually responds. We monitor error logs and performance metrics for the first 30 days and fix anything that breaks without extra billing.

Common questions

FAQ

Do you work with single-location dispensaries or only large operators?

Both. We have built systems for single-location dispensaries preparing to open a second store and for multi-state operators standardizing on a single platform. We scope honestly based on your stage, not your size.

What is included in a discovery session?

We map your current stack, compliance posture, and bottlenecks in a single structured session. We review your POS, your METRC workflow, your customer acquisition funnel, and your internal tooling. You get a clear picture of what is working and what is not, with no generic pitch deck.

Can you integrate with our existing POS or do we have to switch?

We integrate with existing systems whenever possible. Many of our engagements start with custom integrations that connect your current POS to METRC, accounting software, or delivery platforms. If your POS is the problem, we will tell you directly.

How are projects priced and billed?

Fixed-price projects are billed in milestones: 40% at kickoff, 30% at midpoint demo, and 30% upon final delivery. Retainer engagements are billed monthly in advance. We do not bill by the hour.

What happens after launch?

We provide a 30-day post-launch support window as standard. After that, you can move to a monthly retainer for ongoing development, maintenance, and feature iteration. Most clients stay with us for years.

What does an engagement cost?

Most projects are fixed-price by milestone, not hourly. Standard payment is 40% at kickoff, 30% at midpoint demo, and 30% on final delivery. Specifics depend on scope; we lock pricing in writing after Discovery.

How long does a typical project take?

Most engagements run 2-4 months end to end, with working demos every two weeks during the Build phase so you see progress in real time, not just at the end.

Who owns the code and data when we're done?

You do. On final payment, the codebase and operational data transfer to your control. We do not charge exit fees and we do not lock you into a proprietary platform you cannot leave.

Which compliance systems do you integrate with?

METRC is our primary state-tracking integration. We also work with BioTrack and Leaf Data when state regulations require it, plus payment processors that support cannabis (CanPay, Aeropay) and standard delivery/logistics platforms.
